Prior to Trezone, staff members were using faxes, phone calls, e-mails and letters to transmit information and managing the FX exposures of subsidiaries. The deals were entered manually in their core treasury management solution and reporting was sent on a quarterly basis to the subsidiaries. Regarding cash management, the pooling were decentralised at that time. CashZone implementation corresponds to the time of the current structure of cash management and pooling in the whole group. So minor activities before that and mainly by e-mails and phone calls as well.
