User-friendliness of the solution – SSAB

The treasury of SSAB employs 4 people. Before taking the application into use, dealing was executed by the means of fax and phone. The susceptibility to risk and the amount of errors were considerable. Dealing took more than twice as much time as it does today, and this applies to both the treasury and the subsidiaries. In addition, the application has allowed for the treasury to completely abandon the archiving of information using hard copies, and the subsidiaries have also been able to leave in the past the usage of “forward books”, referring to notebooks in which forwards were archived.
