A global project organization with almost 15 bn eur net annual sales needed a quick replacement of their previous guarantee management system, the support of which was about to expire.

Deployment speed was an essential selection criteria, but configurability and ease of use were also important. Several hundreds of users would need to switch from using the old system simultaneously, and the new solution had to support the adapted process completely - with only one month time available for preparations.

The Trezone solution set-up, training and configuration to fully support the process took only two calendar weeks. Having the service available so quickly offered the customer two additional weeks to prepare for the switch-over and ensure that all service users were aware of the system change to come.
