SaaS - Software as a Service

Exidio provides the solution to customers through a SaaS (Software as a Service) model.

In a Saas model, the product is installed in a one-to-many hosting environment, in which it is securely accessible across the Web. To use the product only a web browser is required, meaning also that it is non-intrusive to the customer’s IT environment; no hardware or software investments are required.

In a SaaS environment, a new customer is deployed with a simple database set-up procedure. Exidio provides maintenance, daily technical operation and support for the solution. Since the product is written as a net-native application, it offers great performance and simplifies updates. No client action is required when a new release is installed.
